Couples in intimate long term relationships must redefine and reassess their roles and dynamics many times throughout the years in order to maintain a healthy relationship. I will look at patterns of interacting with each other, learned dynamics from individual upbringings, each individual's style of bonding, and your individual personalities when assessing how best to help you.

Marriage counseling / Couples counseling
I work with couples who are dealing with a myriad of issues such as infidelity, poor communication, and unhealthy patterns of conflict resolution. I strive to help couples heal from wounding that can take place in intimate relationships and work with them to design and build a new and healthy bond.
Pre-marital counseling
In addition to marriage counseling, I also provide pre-marital counseling to help couples learn, in advance, tools that will help them to make their marriage a success. We look at family backgrounds, goals for their future, and address a number of areas that can potentially create conflict in long-term relationships. By addressing these areas proacitvely, couples can learn how to navigate disagreements and differing perspectives in a healthy and productive way.
Divorce coaching
When a couple decides that they can no longer stay married, I work with them to learn how to ease into divorcing and establishing a new family construct.
